Neelibhringadi oil is advisable daily before external use only. The oil can be applied just half an hour before over your scalp. After that gently do a massage for five minutes. Leave for half an hour and after that do a hair bath with cool water. Also, you can apply oil during the night and do a hair bath in the morning.
