Introduction of Jamalgota
Jamalgota, also called Purging Croton, is found in the gardens of Punjab, Assam, Bengal, and South India. They grow automatically too. Jamal Gota trees grow no taller than 4.5 m to 6 m, like evergreen trees. Its flowers are small and white in the center. The seeds are about half an inch long, elliptical, almond brown, and easy to remove from the cover. It has potent effects that result in cramps during defecation and loose stools.
