How To Use Rasnadi Churna

This medicinal powder is to be used for external application only and to be applied after bathing on top of the scalp and gently massaged for a few minutes.
It is used as an external application as Nasya (nasal medication), Prelepa (as a paste), and Thalam (applied as a powder or paste form to the vertex).
Rasnadi Choornam should be mixed with Castor oil and applied on the head for dizziness, fainting, common cold, flu, running nose, fever, etc. .
For headaches, prepare a paste of this powder by adding water and applying it to the forehead.
Rasnadi Churnam is safe even for small infants. It should be applied post-bath on the baby’s head and behind the ear lobes to prevent water clogging and mucus accumulation in the head region. .
