  • Oil pulling (Kavala)

    Kavala is an ancient Ayurvedic remedy to improve oral health. How to do oil pulling is swishing a tsp of oil on your mouth in an empty stomach for up to 30 minutes. This technique reduces the development of plaque in your mouth due to gingivitis.

  • Aloe vera mouthwash

    Aloe vera is rich in antioxidants and an effective remedy in treating gingival inflammation and plaque. Keep this juice in your mouth for 30 seconds and repeat this twice or thrice a day for better results.
