For preparing Malatyadi Tailam to follow these steps:
- Take all herbs mentioned above. Wash each herb properly.
- Crush all herbs and mix in water to make a paste.
- Then take brass, copper, or iron pot. Pour sesame oil into that pot.
- Now, add herbs paste, and water in sesame oil. Swirl the vessel to mix all ingredients.
- Now, turn on the stove and place the vessel with this mixture on the stove. Let it first boil. After boiling, slow the heat and cook this mixture until only oil remains.
- Allow the oil to cool naturally.
- After a few hours, strain the oil through a cheesecloth.
