According to Ayurveda some the fruits like Oranges, Papaya, Apple, Fresh Berries, Sweet Limes, Kiwi, Guava, Pomegranate, Tomato, Amla (Indian Gooseberry), Lemon, etc helps to improve immunity.

  • Orange
