Precautions

If you were taking this oil before becoming pregnant and had no allergic symptoms, you can continue to use it during your pregnancy.
If you've never used this product before and want to use it during pregnancy, talk to your doctor first since it may cause skin sensitivities in certain persons.
It is safe to use during lactation, but get medical advice before doing so.
