Balarishtam

Balarishtam is a classic Ayurvedic formula in the liquid form mainly used to treat Vata imbalances. Vata dosha mainly controls the joints, bones, muscles, and nerves of the body.   • Elaichi (Cardamom) – Elettaria cardamomum-46 gm.
  • Ksheera Kakoli- Lilium polyphyllum- 93 gm.
  • Laung (Clove) – Syzygium aromaticum-46 gm.
  • Prasarini – Paederia foetida-46 gm.
  • Ushira or Khas (Vetiver) – Vetiveria zizanioides-46 gm.
  • Rasna – Pluchea lanceolata-46 gm.
  • Gokshura – Tribulus terrestris-46 gm.

Prakshepa Dravya:
  • Dhataki – Woodfordia fruticosa-750 gm.
  • Gura or Jaggery- 15 kg.
  • Water – for preparing decoction-50 litres.
