Prevent Knee Osteoarthritis

  • Panchakarma

    One of the most famous treatment methods in Ayurveda is Panchakarma. The process involves five steps for the detoxification and rejuvenation of mind and body. Herbal massages and cleansing enemas are the methods used in Panchakarma therapy.

  • Abhyanga

    Abhyanga consists of a whole-body massage with medicated oil. Vata vitiation causes dryness of joints which leads to tissue degeneration.   • Swedana

    Swedana is a steam treatment that helps to open the pores in the body and helps to eliminate waste materials and increases absorption. Swedana therapy aims to reduce stiffness and increase the range of movements.

  • Vasthi

    Vasthi is one of the important Panchakarma treatments that help to eliminate ama and control Vata imbalances.

  • Upanaha

    Under the Upanaha process, herbal pastes are applied to the affected area and cover that area with medicinal plants which help to reduce pain and inflammations.
