The dosages of Triphala Ghrita are as follow:

  • Nasal Instillation

    2 drops in each nostril, daily in the morning.

  • Triphala Ghrita Eye Drops

    2 drops in each eye, once a week.

  • For internal use

    Take the quarter to half teaspoon with water, usually before food, once or twice a day, or as directed by an Ayurvedic doctor.
