Dosage Of Murivenna Oil
Internal Application
- Children
5 to 10 drops of oil twice a day with a glass of warm water or milk. The dose should be taken before meals.
- Adults
10 – 20 drops twice a day with warm milk or water or as directed by the ayurvedic practitioner.
- Take the warm oil in a clean bowl. Dip the cotton cloth or cotton swab in the oil and put it on the affected part. Keep it for 20 – 30 minutes.
