Dr. Sreelakshmi has received her B.A.M.S. (Bachelor in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) degree from P.N. Panicker Ayurveda Medical College.

She had successfully completed one year of internship from the same college before taking up a role with Rashtriya Ayurveda Vidyapeeth, Under Ministry of Ayush at Dr. Y Mahadeva Iyers Sri Sarada Ayurveda Hospital, Kanyakumari, Tamil Nadu.

Dr. Sreelakshmi currently serves as a physician and runs a well known Ayurvedic medicines franchisee.
