Arukaladi Thailam

Arukaladi Thailam is a medicinal oil made from herbs. It's an Ayurvedic skincare oil that can help with jaundice and other hepatic problems. It balances Pitta and Kapha on the skin's level. Herbs get infused in sesame oil, along with a decoction of herb water. The solid herb waste products are then filtered out. As a result, this oil contains both oil-soluble and water-soluble phytoactive components of medicinal herbs.

  • Oil of Sesamum indicum or coconut oil.
Water decoction prepared from
  • Bhringaraja (Eclipta alba).
  • Amrutha (Tinospora cordifolia).
  • Goji Hwa (Onosma bracteatum).
  • Durva (Cynodon dactylon).
  • Sakalathum.
  • Rambha Moola swarasa(juice extract of the banana stem).
The herbal paste made of
  • Rambha, Coconut stem (Cocos nucifera).
